Mexico's Senate building now homes the country's ordinal Bitcoin (BTC) ATM, a proof of the country's increasing interest in Bitcoin. The ATM was put in on Tuesday with the support of many legislators, together with Miguel Angel Mancera, head of the parliamentary cluster of the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD).

According to Coin ATM radar information, the country already had thirteen such machines in national capital, Tijuana, Cancún, metropolis, Culiacán, San Miguel de Cozumel, and Aguascalientes.
After the BTC ATM was put in, a local story from El Heraldo de Mexico declared that the PRD representative noted that Bitcoin has already surpassed the dealings volume of payments created through ancient payment systems like PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.
