Bitcoin excavator Beginning Advanced Resources (GDA) declared on Aug. 1 that it has sent off three new server farms in the American territory of South Carolina. The offices came online in February and March.


The offices are situated in the western part of the state, with the main opening in the town of Anderson, on the site of an unwanted distribution center. It has a limit of 18 megawatts (MW). Offices were opened between the towns of Association and Lockhart the next month that have a joint limit of 15 MW.


The organization said in a proclamation that the new offices were essential for an extension in the US. GDA North American head Ankit Joshi said, "We were dazzled to perceive how these nearby networks invited us so heartily as a chance for their economy."


The additional limit is a fairly humble thought about, for instance, the 300 MW office the organization opened in Texas in 2021.


GDA underlined that the offices will run on clean energy. The Anderson server farm will utilize Hitachi dry-type circulation transformers and will return capacity to the framework when required. GDA Chief Andrey Kim said:
